Personality questionnaire training - SAFEPQ
Unlike ability tests which focus on cognitive abilities and skills, personality questionnaires assess an individual's preferences and typical patterns of behaviour, emotions, and attitudes. The Safe Personality Questionnaire (SAFEPQ) helps our clients understand an individual’s preferences and how they are likely to behave when working in a safety-critical role.
Our bespoke personality questionnaire training for the SAFEPQ is intended for those who have already been trained to the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability (TUO-A) standard.
| OPC Certification: | This training has been specifically designed by OPC psychologists to enable delegates to attain a certification of competence in the use and interpretation of our Safe Personality Questionnaire (SAFEPQ). Successful completion of the training provides eligibility to register with OPC Assessment to use this personality questionnaire. |
| Course Objectives: | The training provides delegates with the necessary skills to administer, score, interpret and provide feedback on the Safe Personality Questionnaire (SAFEPQ). Delegates will come away with an understanding of the SAFEPQ’s scales and subscales, and feel confident in using report profiles to drive improved interviewing and deliver effective feedback, supporting selection and development decisions. |
