Non-Technical Skills (NTS) workshops

The OPC psychologists have spent the last 6 months working with a UK rail client to deliver Non-Technical Skills (NTS) workshops to all of their Train Drivers. Each week a psychologist worked with a small group of Drivers to introduce the concept of NTS and to work with them to consider how NTS play a part in helping them undertake their roles safely and effectively. The workshops were highly interactive and aimed to engage the group in the topic of NTS. The feedback from the Drivers has been positive:
