Description
The SCT is an innovative work-orientated role play exercise. It is designed to assess a candidate's ability to communicate effectively with customers by providing them with accurate and effective information such as directions to areas within the local area and within the station. Various aspects of the candidate's communication is assessed.

- 2 norm groups available.
