    Description

The SAFECE assesses two-way verbal and/or written communication skills, of which there are four different scenarios available. All four scenarios are parallel versions set at the same difficulty level.

It uses a role play framework in which the individual must communicate safety-critical information to another person. This is followed by an optional written exercise which builds on the role play. The SAFECE uses transport safety-critical information and is therefore particularly useful in the transport and safety sectors. During the role play either the assessor or a third party takes the part of an employee working to a clear script and guidelines. No acting ability is required.
