Description
We now have a verification test available for our Railway Situational Judgement Test (RSJT). This verification test (RSJT-V) is a mini version of the full RSJT. If a candidate sits the full RSJT online and unsupervised then you can use the RSJT-V to verify the candidates’ performance in a supervised environment like an Assessment Centre. The RSJT-V:
- checks out the integrity of the candidate’s performance in the unsupervised full length RSJT;
- reduces the risks of dishonest candidates; and,
- when used alongside the full RSJT, it is an effective tool for screening out early in the process therefore saving time and money.
Notes
The RSJT-V can only be used in conjunction with the RSJT. The RSJT-V is not a standalone test.
