Description
This unique test allows assessors to assess communication skill in a similar setting to the job context. The candidate is told that they work for a fictitious rail company making PA announcements on the station and on the train. The candidate must prepare three simple PA announcements.
These announcements cover a train departing on time and also delays to a train service. The candidate is given sufficient time and all relevant information to complete the exercise. The candidate then makes their announcements by reading their script aloud in the presence of an assessor.
