    Description

    This exercise enables assessors to evaluate a candidate's ability to communicate in a group and interact effectively, assessing five distinct competencies. It is suitable for use with between 3 and 5 candidates at any one time.

    Two scenarios are available:

    1. Scenario 1 is based around a fictitious retail and catering company 'Munch Munchbox'. Candidates are assigned roles as functional directors of the company and must discuss and agree ways to improve its performance.
    2. Scenario 2 is based around a fictitious railway organisation. Candidates are assigned roles as managers of the company and must discuss and agree ways to improve a failing organisation.
