Description
This exercise presents the candidate with a pack of operational and human error information for a fictitious transport organisation. The candidate is required to answer 12 free format questions based on the information in the pack.
The exercise is designed to assess the candidate's ability to analyse and integrate operational information from a number of different sources.
The exercise is ideal for assessing front-line and middle managers where the analysis of business information is key.
