Description
This exercise presents the candidate with a pack of business and customer service information for a fictitious transport organisation. The candidate is required to answer 12 free format questions based on the information in the pack. The questions are based around the need for customer service improvements.
The exercise is designed to assess the candidate's ability to analyse and integrate customer service information from a number of different sources.
The test is designed for candidates applying for middle manager roles, who will be required to work with various forms of customer focused business data as part of their job and to make reasoned decisions based on this information.
