Description
The CSNT assesses the ability to understand and reason with customer service related numerical information. The test consists of 29 multiple-choice questions based on the type of numerical information that customer service employees may need to use in the role, such as graphs, tables and pie-charts of financial timetabling and performance data.
It is suitable for use with any customer service employee required to interpret and respond to any sort of numerical data.
