Tests & Exercises

We provide immediately available assessment tools and techniques designed to identify potential and present capability in job applicants or job holders. The OPC’s tests not only accurately assess individuals but are also easy to purchase, use and understand.

All of the OPC’s assessment techniques are rigorously researched and trialled. Tests and exercises are based on comprehensive job analysis, and psychometric principles are applied from first design.

They each assess one or several competencies which have been shown to be central to effective performance in a number of roles. This enables organisations to have confidence that the tests they are using have clear, demonstrable links to successful job performance.

Our commitment to a continuous programme of development and evaluation means that test users are able to make the best decisions about suitability for a role, or development activities, with confidence in the fairness, validity and reliability of the tests they are using.

Registration

To use any of the OPC’s tests and exercises you will need to register with us (free of charge). We ask that you have either Level A or Level B Certificate in Occupational Testing OR equivalent training/qualifications OR have been trained by the OPC to use particular tests.

It is easy to register: use the form on the website or call us for telephone registration, faxing your certificates to us for our records.
