Our psychologists work at the appropriate level for the client, sometimes simply advising on best action and supporting in-house initiatives, and sometimes taking full responsibility for implementing and resourcing projects on behalf of the client.

- Designing Highly Effective Bespoke Assessment Tools. The OPC has been involved in designing bespoke assessment processes for a wide range of organisations for over 15 years. The OPC Psychologists use their wealth of experience and expertise to conduct in-depth job analysis of the role in question, and then recommend a range of off-the-shelf assessment tools and/or develop specific assessment tools. But it doesn't stop there, the OPC Psychologists can then develop specific norm groups for the role and in time validate the whole assessment process (dependent on candidate numbers).
