The OPC group consists of two sister companies providing complementary work psychology solutions to UK and international organisations. The OPC were established in 1995 and therefore have over 10 years of experience of working with the UK and internationally.
The Occupational Psychology Centre Ltd (The OPC) is a team of occupational psychologists who provide practical and cost effective ways of improving performance, including safety, within organisations. OPC psychologists provide advice and services to support organisations to improve safety culture, selection, team effectiveness, organisational development, training and motivation.
OPC Assessment Ltd is a leading provider of psychometric tests and exercises designed to identify the capabilities of current employees or potential in job applicants. OPC Assessment have over 50 different tests and exercises contained within 5 Series including Customer Service, Professional and Safety.
